Description
Alce Nero Cappelli’s mild penne rigate pasta is made from the historic Cappelli hard wheat variety, which dates back to the early 1900s. This wheat was bred by Nazareno Strampelli in experimental fields, proposed by the Marquis of Cappelli. Cappelli wheat is grown in Italy, mainly in the provinces of Foggia and Bari. The flour is made with water from the Alpine Trentino.
Cappelli’s organic pasta penne made from hard wheat, thanks to its ribbed shape, keeps the sauce well on the entire surface and is suitable for various cooking methods.
The packaging of this paste is made of paper and does not contain plastic. Only water-based inks and glues have been used for printing and sealing, without chemical components. The packaging is suitable for paper collection.
