For six generations we have loved pasta in all its forms, smells and tastes. We select the finest durum wheat flours, blended only with eggs from Italian farms, following a unique Slow Processing Method. The result is a crisp and crunchy sheet, as tradition dictates, ideal for preserving and presenting all types of sauces.
