Description
Rummo wanted to create a gluten-free pasta without taking away the pleasure and consistency of classic pasta. He chose strictly GMO-free brown rice, yellow corn and white corn, then mixed them with a natural and ancient element: steam. It is thanks to Rummo’s method of steam treatment that we obtain a soft and balanced dough, which is then drawn from the bronze to obtain a crumbly texture that perfectly preserves the flavours. The result is this gluten-free Rummo with unrivalled consistency.
