This product is the fruit of the work of small organic farmers belonging to the Alce Nero member Norandino Coop. The organisation brings together 171 associations and cooperatives and almost 6000 farmers, promoting the economic and environmental sustainability of their communities.

This sugar is produced as a whole product by extracting the juice directly from the sugar cane and is not refined. Alce Nero organic whole cane sugar has a caramel taste.
