Mantova coconut oil is obtained from the dried flesh of coconuts. It is particularly used by athletes as it is very energizing.
It has a delicate coconut flavour and aroma. The product can melt at around 22°C and become solid when the temperature drops, without any change in quality.

Our recommendations:
Coconut oil has a very high smoke point, which is why it is recommended for lubricating pans and frying pans.
Coconut oil is great as a raw vegetable seasoning, to sweeten homemade fruit smoothies or as an alternative to maple syrup in pancakes.
