Description
Tomatoes are harvested in July, August and September and processed to preserve their flavour, aroma and nutritional properties. After washing and sorting, the tomatoes are peeled, cut into cubes and passed on to the next stage: after adding the tomato paste, the mixture is heated to a high temperature, bottled and pasteurised to ensure that the product is preserved.
Alce Nero organic tomato puree is made without additives and added salt.
