Alce Nero’s mild tagliatelle are made exclusively from organic spelt (Triticum Dicoccum) wheat grown in Italy. Their rough surface makes them particularly suitable for soaking up sauces, ensuring quality and flavour in every food.

The packaging of this paste is made of paper and does not contain plastic. Only water-based inks and glues have been used for printing and sealing, without chemical components. The packaging is suitable for paper collection.
