Alce Nero Cappelli’s mild spaghettoni are made from the historic Cappelli hard wheat variety, which dates back to the early 1900s. This wheat was bred by Nazareno Strampelli in experimental fields, proposed by the Marquis of Cappelli. Cappelli wheat is grown in Italy, mainly in the provinces of Foggia and Bari. The flour is made from natural spring water from the Alpine region.

Cappelli’s mild spaghettoni made from hard wheat are perfect for Mediterranean-inspired starters and tomato-based dishes.

The packaging of this paste is made of paper and does not contain plastic. Only water-based inks and glues have been used for printing and sealing, without chemical components. The packaging is suitable for paper collection.
