1. DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION
1.1. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
“Organizer” refers to Gustus Trade OÜ, registry code 14812482, with its registered office located at Narva maantee 148, Tallinn, Estonia.
“Promotion” means the campaign titled “Taste Real Olive Oil & Win a Trip to Italy” as described herein.
“Participant” refers to any individual who meets the eligibility criteria and validly enters the Promotion in accordance with these Terms.
“Prize” refers to the travel experience as defined in Clause 6 below.
“Entry Period” means the period commencing at 00:00 on July 15, 2025, and ending at 23:59 on September 14, 2025 (Estonian time).
2. GENERAL
2.1. These Terms and Conditions shall govern the Promotion and apply to all Participants. By participating, each Participant acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms.
2.2. The Organizer reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to amend, vary, suspend or terminate the Promotion or these Terms at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes shall not adversely affect Participants who have already validly entered the Promotion.
3. ELIGIBILITY
3.1. The Promotion is open to natural persons who, at the time of entry, are aged eighteen (18) years or older and are legal residents of a member state of the European Union.
3.2. Employees, officers, and directors of the Organizer, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and immediate family members or members of the same household (whether legally related or not) are not eligible to participate.
3.3. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any Participant and may disqualify any individual found to have provided false or misleading information.
4. METHODS OF ENTRY
4.1. A Participant shall receive one (1) automatic entry into the Promotion for each individual purchase of any Gustus olive oil product made via the Organizer’s official e-commerce platform (www.gustustrade.com) during the Entry Period.
4.2. Additional bonus entries may be obtained as follows:
a) One (1) bonus entry for publicly sharing a dish made with Gustus olive oil on Instagram or Facebook and tagging @gustusfoods during the Entry Period;
b) One (1) bonus entry for submitting a genuine product review on any Gustus olive oil product page.
4.3. There is no limit to the number of entries per Participant provided that each entry complies with Clause 4.1 and 4.2.
5. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
5.1. The Promotion shall commence on 15 July 2025 at 00:00 EET and conclude on 14 September 2025 at 23:59 EET. Entries submitted outside of this Entry Period shall be deemed invalid.
6. DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIZE
6.1. One (1) Grand Prize shall be awarded, consisting of the following for the winner and one (1) accompanying guest:
Round-trip economy-class airfare from a European Union airport to Naples or Rome, Italy;
Five (5) consecutive nights of accommodation in a countryside agriturismo in the Cilento region;
A guided tour of the olive groves and production mill operated by Gustus’ partners;
An olive oil tasting session and culinary experience;
One (1) dinner at a local restaurant featuring regional specialties.
6.2. The specific travel dates shall be determined in consultation with the winner, with travel anticipated to occur between 1 November 2025 and 20 December 2025, aligning with the annual olive oil harvest.
6.3. The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash or other goods or services.
7. SELECTION AND ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNER
7.1. The winner shall be selected at random from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
7.2. The draw shall take place on or about 14 September 2025 at the Organizer’s principal place of business or digitally in accordance with internal promotional procedures.
7.3. The winner shall be announced publicly via the Organizer’s official Instagram and Facebook accounts (@gustusfoods) and contacted via email within seven (7) calendar days of the draw.
8. PARTICIPATION CONTINGENCY CLAUSE
8.1. In the event that fewer than five hundred (500) eligible and distinct Participants have entered the Promotion by the conclusion of the Entry Period, the Organizer reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion to select the winner by means of a merit-based selection process, including but not limited to an internal review panel determining the most compelling or engaged participant based on entry activity, content submitted, and other qualitative criteria.
8.2. This clause is intended to ensure the proportionality, feasibility, and continued good faith of the Organizer in fulfilling the obligations of the Promotion in circumstances of insufficient public interest or operational infeasibility.
9. PUBLICITY CONSENT
9.1. By accepting the Prize, the winner grants the Organizer a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use the winner’s name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes in all media, including but not limited to online platforms, social media, and print materials, without further compensation or notice, unless prohibited by law.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
10.1. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Organizer shall not be liable for any loss, damage, expense, or injury (including indirect, special or consequential loss) suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with the Promotion, the Prize, or the use of the Prize.
10.2. The Organizer accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to internet or server interruptions.
11. DATA PROTECTION
11.1. Personal data collected from Participants shall be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
11.2. The Organizer shall only use personal data for the purposes of administering the Promotion, unless the Participant has provided explicit consent for other uses.
12. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
12.1. These Terms and any disputes arising in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
12.2. The courts of Harju County, Estonia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter.
